I have found a solution! Small Group Boot Camp dedicates one hour three days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) for semi private Boot Camp training sessions. Each program is limited to only 4 participants – so you still get the attention that you deserve. As an added bonus, all participants will receive a free pass once a month to my Saturday morning Outdoor Fitness BOOT CAMP!
